Summary
Join Kelly Trager, dancer, choreographer, performance artist, curator and professor at Pratt Institute and College of Charleston as she leads participants on an exploration of various movements and styles that conjure the heart and look of America. Trager will guide participants through the history and events that informed the works and changed the landscape of the United States. The class will share memories and experiences, and react to the works, journaling to find each individual’s American aesthetic. Each gathering will be recorded, edited and made available for viewing through June 30, 2021.

Registrations are for ONE HOUSEHOLD.
All Zoom sessions will be held on the third Tuesday of the month, from 10-11:30. A link will be sent out the morning of the call.

- February 16: Depictions of the American Dream, featuring Rockwell et al
- March 16: Early Abstraction
- April 20: Public Art: Murals, Installations, and Graffiti
- May 18: "Women's Work" and Found Objects - Recycle, Repurpose, Reframe
