TFAC Film Series: Comfort and Joy

Join the TFAC Film Series for a screening of the 1984 film Comfort and Joy. With a "100%" rating on Rotten Tomatoes, the film follows radio host Alan Bird who witnesses how an ice cream van is attacked and destroyed by an angry competitor. This leads him into the struggle between two Italian families, the Bernardis and the Rossis, over whose ice cream vans can sell where in Glasgow.

The film will start at 7:00 p.m., but arrive early for a reception featuring free samples from the restaurants at Tryon Resort. 

Admission is $6 at the door. Popcorn & concessions are available.
